Request account deletion
This page is for the Nesiha app. You can request deletion of your account and associated data without installing or signing in. You may also delete immediately in the app: Profile → Delete account.
How to request deletion
- Enter the name and Google email you used to sign in to Nesiha.
- Confirm the request and submit the form below.
- We process web requests within 30 days and email you when it is complete.
You can also email miftahfentawdev@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email on your account.
What is deleted
Your Nesiha profile, sign-in record, favourites, bookmarks, reading progress, synced preferences, and other data linked to your account. This cannot be undone.
What we may keep
We do not keep your account after deletion. We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example, a short record that a deletion request was received). Public Islamic content in the library is not personal data and is not deleted.
