Request account deletion

This page is for the Nesiha app. You can request deletion of your account and associated data without installing or signing in. You may also delete immediately in the app: Profile → Delete account.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the name and Google email you used to sign in to Nesiha.
2. Confirm the request and submit the form below.
3. We process web requests within 30 days and email you when it is complete.

You can also email support@nesiha.app with the subject “Account deletion request” and the Google email on your account.

What is deleted

Your Nesiha profile (name, email, country, optional phone, profile photo URL), Google / Supabase sign-in record, favourites, and other account data we store on our servers. Contact or deletion-request messages you already sent may be kept only as a limited security or compliance record. On-device data such as reading progress, downloads, GPS cache, and Adhan settings is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Deletion of the server account cannot be undone. Public library content is not personal data and is not deleted.

What we may keep

We do not keep your account after deletion. We may retain limited records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example, a short record that a deletion request was received). Public Islamic content in the library is not personal data and is not deleted.
