Content sources

Quranic text, translations, tafsir, books, recitations, lectures, video, and similar materials available in Nesiha remain the property of their authors, publishers, translators, reciters, and other rights holders. They are offered through the app for personal, non-commercial educational use.

We do not claim ownership of the Quran or of third-party books and media. We do not use generative AI to create Quran text, tafsir, or fatwas. The current app has no generative AI features. See AI Transparency.

Trademarks

“Nesiha” and related marks and logos are trademarks of Nesiha App. Google, Google Play, Google Maps, and other third-party names are trademarks of their owners. Use of those names is for identification only.

Open source

The mobile app is built with Flutter and other open-source packages, each under its own license. License notices are also summarized in the app under About / open-source licenses.

Reporting infringement or errors

If you believe material in Nesiha infringes your rights, or is incorrectly attributed, email support@nesiha.app with:

• Your name and contact details
• A description of the work and where it appears in the app or on the site
• Why you believe it should be removed or corrected

We will review complete requests and take appropriate action, which may include removing or replacing the material.
